General Information

It’s okay, I know what you’re thinking… that’s one cheesy picture frame, but isn’t that what being in a relationship is about?

1

Glueing boards

5 minutes

Grab both of your 3/4 inch walnut boards and glue them together to make a 12 × 12 inch board. Clamp them up and wait til the glue dries enough so that the pieces won’t separate during the carving.

2

Carving

29 minutes

I have never owned or even used a CNC router, so I will just asume how this step would take place. Place the board on your CNC router and make sure to center it correctly. Once everything is setup run the Easel file in order to create the piece.

3

Sanding

5 minutes

Grab your 150 grit sandpaper and sand out the piece to leave it smooth.

4

Finish

10 minutes

Once the workpiece is sanded out, choose your finish of choice.

5

Letter Assembly

10 minutes

Finally everything i s finished and ready for the final step, the assembly. Grab your drill and your 3 screws, use the pre-routed pilot holes in order to fix the letters to the base.

Share and Enjoy

5 minutes

Since I do not own a CNC machine, I can’t really make these projects using that process, so if you do choose to remake my projects please share the pictures of it.

Enjoy!
