Adjust depth for your phone/case

In Easel you can adjust the depth of the two profiles in the top right to control the thickness allowed for a phone. Right now each one is set to .1875" which makes it .375" overall. This is a good starting point, as it will fit pretty much any phone, as well as phones with slim cases.

Mill the profiles

Mill the main profiles out of 1/4" material. Use a 1/16" bit for better results on the smaller features.

3

Mill the Back profile

Mill the back piece out of your choice of material. This part will not only provide an accent color, but will help reinforce the thin wall section around the phone slot. 1/2" Black corian provides a nice contrast to the front of the design.

Assembly

Carefully glue and clamp the profiles together one at a time. Super glue is effective in adhering the corian together. Use a clamp or jig to ensure that the parts are neatly aligned to each other.
