Material

5 minutes

For this project you will need to following materials:
- 12 × 12 inch 3/8 inch Bamboo Plywood
- 8 × 8 inch 1/4 inch Clear Acrylic Sheet
- (12) 4 mm wide 2 mm deep rare earth magnets
- 150 grit sandpaper

Carving

55 minutes

Set and fasten your pieces and carve them. This should take about 55 mins without taking material change into consideration.

Chamfer Edges (Optional)

5 minutes

If you have a router with a roundover bit, rounder over the edges with curves on the bottom side of the plates.

Sanding

5 minutes

Sand all the edges down with your sandpaper until they’re nice and smooth.

Finish

5 minutes

Dip the bamboo plywood in mineral oil for a food safe finish.
