50 minutes

Load in a suitable clear plastic into the X-carve and cut the plastic piece:
Carve time <23 min
Material dimensions recommended: 3″ × 11″ × 1/8"

Load up some wood test with some (plywood or mdf first)
Carve time < 20 minutes
Material dimensions recommended: 5″ × 5″ × 3/4"

Prep after cutting

To bend The plastic into a cylinder a heat gun will probably be needed unless the plastic chosen was flexible.
Heat up the plastic and form it using the inner circle and outer disc of the wood to hold the shape while it cools.

Sand the wooden pieces and the edges of the plastic.

Break the battery compartment tabs off if you plan to use the 18650’s

Assemble the plastic and wood using silicone caulk or friction fit if water tight isn’t desired. Add Led strip, batteries and wires.
